***The warranty policy according to SVP only covers the camera. SVP provides 6 months"mail-in" repair service including parts and labour, any other accessories and free items are not covered under the warranty policy.
If you would like to return the product for a refund, refund requests are accepted within 7 days from when you received the item. A REFUND IS NO LONGER AN OPTION PAST 7 DAYS. All accessories, cables, manual and packaging must be included in the same condition inside the package as it was originally received by you. Returned merchandise should be well packed. Items with missing parts, any kind of damage (camera, accessories or box) will be charged an additional $15.00 fee. All refunds will be subject to a $25 restocking fee. Please understand that this fee covers my original listing fee, depreciation of the item and the time to process the return. Unfortunately, Shipping Charges that you paid are not refundable.
